On arrival the room is available to you from 2pm. On your day of departure please vacate the room before 11am. Please keep the room tidy and leave it neat and tidy upon departure. We request also that you use energy economically as this helps us keep our prices down.

Your reservation is only definitive after confirmation. If you cancel up to 1 day prior to your arrival date, we do not charge anything. If you cancel less than 1 day prior to your arrival or are a no-show (you neither use nor cancel the reservation), we will charge you for the first night. If you select a NRF reservation (non-refundable), the full amount will be taken from the credit card you give. Conditions are that the reservation cannot be cancelled and the date cannot be changed.

We make every effort to ensure that you have a pleasant stay. However we cannot be held liable for temporary and unforeseen defects to the equipment and/or furnishings. We always aim to resolve any problems as quickly as possible. Any shortcomings or defects will not result in a price reduction.
