No pets allowed

Arrival and departure

You can access your room on the day of your arrival from 2 p.m. We request that you leave your room at the latest by 11 a.m. on the day of your departure. This will allow us to clean the room for new guests.

Please always keep your room in good condition and leave a tidy room upon your departure. We request that you use energy responsibly. This is the only way we can continue to offer competitive rates.

Booking and cancellation

Your reservation request is only accepted after confirmation.

We will not charge any fees for cancellations up to one day before your arrival.
For cancellations less than one day before your arrival we will charge the first night only.
In case of a no-show we will charge all the nights of your booking.

Defects

We make every effort to ensure that you have a pleasant stay. We can, however, not be held responsible for temporary and unforeseen defects to equipment and/or furniture. In this case we always try to remediate the defect as soon as possible Shortcomings or defects cannot be invoked as a reason for price discounts.
